DATA PROTECTION DECLARATION

The protection of personal data is very important to LUMPI-BERNDORF Draht- und Seilwerk GmbH (hereinafter referred to as the "media owner"). To the extent that the media owner processes the personal data of users through the use of this website, this shall be done exclusively in accordance with applicable data protection regulations, in particular the Austrian Data Protection Act.

The information generated by cookies about the use of the website (including IP address) is transmitted in encrypted form to a server of our website hoster (Linz AG).

The website can be used without restrictions, even if the user uses the above tools or prevents or rejects the use of cookies through appropriate browser settings. This website is not using Google Services (Google Analytics, Google Fonts) and no plugins or single-sign-on with social media Networks like "Facebook.com", "Google.com", "Youtube.com", etc.!

Users of this website may email us at any time to obtain information about the data stored about them and to request that this data be changed or deleted. If data protection consent has been issued by the user, this may also be revoked by email.

This data protection declaration is monitored regularly by the media owner, and it may be necessary to make changes from time to time. The most up-to-date version of this data protection declaration is published on the media owner's website.

Concerning the GDPR we use sensitive data only for Business related data processing. We do not use bulk-storing of data that is not relevant for our Business releationships. We only store data related to Business Partners and employees that are needed to fullfill the Business purpose.

 

Personal data will not be shared with third parties! There only might be exceptions for contracted parties (e.g. Payroll Office) or federal bureaus (e.g. social- or pesion insurance).

 

Data processing only affects within the EU or the European Economic Area. There will be no data transmitted to other countries (Third-Party-Countries).

 

A natural Person is entitled to

 

  • request us for information about personal data stored by us, Art. 15 GDPR;
  • force us for correction or completion of personal data stored by us, Art. 16 GDPR;
  • request a deletion of personal data stored by us, Art. 17 GDPR;
  • reduce the permission of personal data processing by us, Art. 18 GDPR;
  • transfer personal data on request, Art. 20 GDPR;
  • revocate or prohibit personal data processing by us, Art. 21 GDPR;
